Reviews and Ratings
I was delighted with the hotel's prime location, just steps away from the central Plaza del Armas, making it convenient for both city exploration and access to Lake Titicaca. The rooms, although a bit dated, were cozy and clean, with the added comfort of being on the ground floor and having a bath. While the service received top marks for being genuinely kind and helpful, there was a slight inconvenience with the pressure for tips when assisting with luggage. Even though the dining options were somewhat limited for those with dietary restrictions like myself, the hotel's top-floor restaurant served up some lovely views of the city. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hitches.
I was pleasantly surprised with the room setup as it had a unique twist of having a window that opened up to a mini patio, which was a nice touch. However, being street-facing made it a bit noisy until the next morning. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided us with fantastic local food recommendations all within walking distance, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were of a normal size with heating but had only a window to the corridor, so no outside view. The pillows were very thin, but they provided additional ones upon request without any issue.
